James Huang - Founder and Chief Executive Officer
James has more than 7 years of experience in technology, government service, general management and business development. Prior to founding BPOVIA, James held executive positions in China Yurun Group(1068.hk) . He has played a major role in more than 10 M&A activities in China and the business negotiating of two major international M&A activities in China Yurun Group. James also worked as Director of Investment Promotion Department in Chinese government. His responsibility was representing Chinese government to attract potential foreign investors to invest in China and negotiate detail investment terms with them.
James graduated from University of Southern California with Master of Science degree of Electrical Engineering.

Peter Chen - V.P. and Co-Founder
Peter Chen is in charge of marketing in BPOVIA. Prior to join BPOVIA, worked at China Telecom and China Mobile TV Ltd.
Peter graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with Master degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jenny Jiang - Human Resources Director and Co-Founder
Jenny is in charge of Human Resource Department. Prior to co-founding BPOVIA with James, she held executive positions at CYG (1086.hk) in Public Relations development. She also worked in Jiangsu TV station as assistant director.
Jenny graduated from Nanjing Normal University with Bachelor degree from school of Journalism and Communication. She was named Editor-In-Chief of school magazine in her junior year. She received the prestigious Dean's Scholarship in NNU.

Jerry Xu - Technical Team Manager
Jerry Xu has more than eight years experience in IT as an application developer. Jerry is very strong at PHP, MySQL, C, C++, JAVA, J2EE.
Jerry graduated from NUPT

Kimi Gao - Support Team Manager
Kimi Gao is very strong at C/C++, Shell, PHP, HTML, MySQL, VHDL under Linux. Kimi also has more than two years of Embeded hardware designing experience. Prior to join BPOVIA, Mr. Gao worked at China Telecom.

Marissa Xu - Assistant Manager
Marissa graduated from NNU with Bachelor degree from school of Foreign Languages and Cultures. Prior to joining BPOVIA, Marissa worked in Jiangsu Sainty International Group where she got rich experience in both import and export operations. As a business English major, Marissa also took part in several international business negotiations and worked as an interpreter at some important activities such as international financial forum and FINA Diving World Series.

Jimmy Huang - Assistant Manager
Jimmy Huang is good at Cross-Cultural Communication. Jimmy Huang has worked for an auction company and has good negotiation skills.
Jimmy graduated from AUFE with Bachelor Degree of Economics.
