Talents Needed
In order to support Review and Revision of Policies, Regulations and Technical Standards of Termite Control, Hunan, which is one of the demonstration provinces, tries to apply part of the grant from the GEF for implementation of Demonstration of Alterative to Chlordane and Mirex in Termite Control Project.
The goal of this assignment is to review and revise policies, regulations and technical standards in termite control of this province, for encouraging removal of chlordane and mirex and enhancing IPM for termite control in Hunan. The time frame of this assignment is 12 month after the contract validated.
The consultant we need should be a consulting firm, institute, association or other organization with profound and deep understanding of termite control and experienced in reviewing and drafting policies and regulations. The one with relevant experience will be preferred.
The selecting process will be based on the Quality Based Selection (QBS) modality in keeping with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultant by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
Hunan Project Implementation Unit (HPIU) now sincerely invites qualified firm/institute to extend the interest in offering the service.
