ITALIAN TRADE COMMISSION BEIJING OFFICE – TENDER NOTICE

The Beijing Office of the Italian Trade Commission (ICE) is launching an open tender for the provision of all structures and furnishings (including their assembling, maintenance, dismantling and transportation) necessary to the Italian participation at the Beijing CIMT 2009 Fair (April 6th-11th, 2009).

Under penalty of exclusion from the tender, bids must be received at the Italian Trade Commission Beijing Office – Rm. 3802 Jing Guang Center, Hu Jia Lou, Chaoyang District, 100020 Beijing, P. R. China – before February 2nd, 2009, 12:00 am. The tender is governed by the Call for Bids, which has been sent to the UPPUE for publication on December 11th, 2008, by the Pre-qualification rules and by the tender documents (technical bid specifications, technical description and contract offer form). Said documents, the declaration and self-certification forms are available for download at http://www.ice.gov.it/fornitori/. Official tender languages are Italian and English.
