The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has agreed with the Government of the People’s Republic of China to carry out this project. The Ministry of Science and Technology of China shall act as the implementing agency of the Chinese government, and shall be represented in requesting for the procurement Proposals and contractual matters connected with the project procurement by China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges (hereinafter referred to as CICETE) with address below. CICETE now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Offerors for the following vehicles:
