Hiring A Non-sick-leave Employee at BPOVIA

October 23rd, 2008

Recently, Harris Interactive conducted a nationwide online poll among 3,388 hiring managers and human resource professionals and 6,842 U.S. full-time employees between August 21 and September 9, 2008. The result was released on October 22, 2008. According to the survey, a third of U.S. workers say that they have called in sick with fake excuses at least once this year.

The survey also found that one in ten people who work as full-time employees skipped work to avoid a meeting or avoid the ire of a boss or colleague. Other reasons include a need to relax and recharge, visit a doctor, sleep, run errands, catch up on housework and spend time with family and friends, etc.

Confront with the increasing number of employees who take sick leaves with fake excuses, 31 percent of employers have checked up on an employee who called in sick, and 18 percent have fired a worker for missing work without a legitimate excuse. However, most employers typically did not question the reasons workers gave for being absent.

Employers can easily avoid this by using BPOVIA virtual assistant service. At BPOVIA, your full-time virtual assistant will never take leaves for any fake excuse. For Pay-As-You-Go plan customers, the work you assigned is rated by hours which will have less influence on both cost and efficiency.

    oh that’s great one!
actually i was looking for web designer/developer and SEO team. so i decided to put my project on elance or any other freelancers sites.
But thankfully one of mine friend advice me not do this. He told me that
“The bigger problem on Elance,is dummy projects. Some buyers post projects simply to get an idea of the cost or to try to find free work.” So, he advised me to hire employees from marketraise corp ,and i am satisfied with there performances. So, Why not have less expensive than normal virtual employees available to cut down on the constant complaints.
