2. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures. These procedures have been specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits. These bids are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

4. The bidding documents will be sold from December 5, 2008 to January 20, 2009. The deadline of the bids and the bid opening date is 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2009.

Each version may be purchased by interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in RMB2,000/lot or in US dollar 300/lot.
