2. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures. These procedures have been specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits. These bids are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from December 5, 2008 in Guoxin Tendering Corporation Ltd., Attn: Miss Ma Xiaoqing (isabelqing0610@yahoo.com.cn) or Ms. Wang Yanrui (wangyanruii@263.net), Mr. Miao Jiubao (mjb_gxtc@126.com) and buy the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 10:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. (Beijing time). Interested bidders are requested to meet certain financial capability and experience and technical capacities, which could be browsed by logging in the website www.dgmarket.com, www.chinabidding.com, www.chinabidding.com.cn and UNDB online to get the further information about the bids.

4. The bidding documents will be sold from December 5, 2008 to January 20, 2009. The deadline of the bids and the bid opening date is 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2009.

5. The Bidding Documents of each lot has both English version and Chinese version. Each version may be purchased by interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in RMB2,000/lot or in US dollar 300/lot. The method of payment should be in cash or by remittance. For express mail order, please remit total amount to the following address of
