In accordance with the Loan Agreement concluded between the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) for Heilongjiang Province Harbin City Water Environment Improvement Project (C05-P217), China International Tendering Company (ITC) is authorized to purchase the equipment and material listed below for the above mentioned project by way of Local Competitive Bidding (LCB). All the purchases shall be financed with the proceeds of the Loan.
We hereby invite sealed bids from manufacturers and/or trading companies organized and registered in and controlled by the eligible source countries.
Interested manufacturers and/or trading companies are kindly requested to contact the Fourth Business Division of ITC and come to the Room 505, Genertec Plaza, No. 90, Xisanhuan Zhonglu, Fengtai District Beijing, China for obtaining the qualification and bidding documents from Sep 27 – Oct 20, 2008 upon non-refundable payment. We are not responsible for mail delivery operation.
