1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in the “ADB Business Opportunities” dated Oct. 6, 2006.
2. The China International Tendering Company invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Contract for Supply and Installation of Anti-leakage materials and landfill closure materials for No.1 section of Linqing city.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below from March 13, 2008 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RMB1,000.- or USD125.-for one set of bidding documents. For an additional fee of RMB100 for local delivery or USD30 for overseas delivery.
4. Bids must be delivered to the Meeting room No. 207 of Shandong Tendering Center of Machinery & Electric Equipment, No. 13, Wenhuaxi Road, Jinan, Shandong 250011, at or before 10:00 am, on April 24, 2008. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the same address. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of RMB 500,000.
