2. Eligible bidders: Wind turbine manufacturers registered in the Peoples Republic of China and with independent legal person status.

3. All those who are willing to participate in the bids are kindly requested to contact Rm.1201, Zhongshe Mansion, No.178, Guang’anmenwai Street, Xuanwu District, Beijing, China to obtain the bidding documents between 9:00 and 11:30 / 13:30 and 16:30 (Beijing time) from May 20, 2008 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), upon a non-refundable payment of RMB3000 or USD430 for each complete set of bidding documents. Bank Remittance is acceptable. For mail order, please add RMB50 yuan (within China) or USD50 (outside China) for each set. The bidding documents will be mailed after the reception of prospect bidders’ payment.

4. Bids must be delivered to China Machinery & Equipment International Tendering Co. Ltd. At Rm.1201, Zhongshe Mansion, No.178, Guang’anmenwai Street, Xuanwu District, Beijing, China before 9:00 a.m. (Beijing time) June 20, 2008 and the bid opening ceremony will be held at the same time and the same place. All bidders’ representatives are required to attend the ceremony.
