Invitation for Bids
1. The P. R. China has applied a loan (Loan No: 2024-PRC) from Asian Development Bank towards the cost of Xi’an Urban Transport Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contracts of procurement of Gasoline and Gas Filling Station (Bids No.: 0703-0820CIC5Y017).
2. Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC), the authorized Procurement Agent of the Purchaser as shown below, now invites sealed Bids for supply of the Gasoline and Gas Filling Station and related services which have been divided into 4 packages. Bidders may bid for one package or any combination of packages.
3. The Bidding Document in English may be purchased in CNIITC from August 18, 2008 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB 2,000 or USD285 each set. For mail order, the document will be sent by courier services at an additional fee of RMB100 for domestic delivery or USD20 for overseas delivery.
4. Bids must be delivered to the 2nd Floor of Meeting Room of the Purchaser’s address given below at or before 10:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) on October 14, 2008. The bids will be opening simultaneously.
