Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received an ODA Loan from Japan Bank for International Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the “JBIC”), towards the cost of Zhangjiajie Subproject of Hunan Urban Flood Control Project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of the loan to the payments under the contract for the following equipment. Disbursement of the ODA Loan by JBIC will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, including the disbursement procedures and the ‘Guidelines for Procurement under JBIC ODA Loans’.
China International Tendering Company (hereinafter referred to as “ITC”) now is authorized to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the Goods for the purpose of the Project as follows:
Pumping, Motor, Transformer and Auxiliary Equipment, Metal Structures, Office Equipment, Transportation Equipment The eligible source countries are defined as P. R. China and Japan.
Interested eligible bidders may come to ITC for obtaining the bidding documents between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. / 1:30 and 4:00 p.m. from September 24, 2008 (except Saturday and Sunday) through ITC with address as follows:
