Zhejiang Urban Environment Project (Loan No.: 4724-CHA)

1. The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) towards the cost of Zhejiang Urban Environment Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for Ningbo Jiangnan Wastewater Treatment Plant (160,000m3/d). Authorized by the Employer (name and address see below), the JV of Instrimpex International Tendering Company and Zhejiang International Tech. & Equipment Tendering Co. Ltd. intend to pre-qualify contractors and/or firms for above mentioned contract.

2. A complete set of documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible applicants from Instrimpex International Tendering Company from April 2 to May 15, 2008 at working hours upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD280 or RMB2000.

3. Applications for pre-qualification must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address of the Employer at or before 10:00 am May 15, 2008.
