1. The P. R. China has applied a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Zhejiang Urban Environment Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment for Ningbo Jiangnan Wastewater Treatment Plant.
2. Instrimpex International Tendering Company (CNIITC), the authorized Procurement Agent of the Employer and the Construction Management Agency as shown below, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of the Goods and related services mentioned above.
3. The Bidding Document in English may be purchased in CNIITC from February 5, 2009 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of RMB2,500 or USD 360.
4. Bids must be delivered to the Meeting Room of the Construction Management Agency at or before 10 a.m. (Beijing Time) on March 19, 2009. The bids will be opening simultaneously.
