2. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures. These procedures have been specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits. 4. The bidding documents will be sold from November 28, 2008 to January 11, 2009. The deadline of the bids and the bid opening date is 10:00 a.m. on January 12, 2009.

Each version may be purchased by interested bidder on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RMB2,000/lot or USD300/lot.
