“One of the companies I’ve been working with in www.BPOVIA.com in China. The founder, James, is a great guy and was very prompt and professional with his communications with me. I’m still trying to get a feel for what I want done and how much time my projects will take, but I had a very important project that I’ve been putting off for years. Basically my grandfather wrote a book that was typed. About 150 copies were made back in the 1980’s and no soft copy exists. My task was to convert the hard copy to a soft copy.

The book was 500 pages (250 double sided) that could be scanned then read with OCR relatively easily. The problems were someone had to scan and OCR the pages BUT also do all the corrections for words that couldn’t be read. James quoted me a price that was extremely competitive with other companies locally and even other companies abroad. I unbound the book, sent him the loose pages, and within a week I had a 4 mb PDF soft copy of my Grandfather’s book!

Other than a few problems sending payment to China via PayPal the whole process couldn’t have gone better.

Our most flexible plan! The Pay-As-You-Go plan works well with clients who are unsure of their administrative needs and are not ready to commit to a set number of hours per month. Your rate will depend on the services which you require. The Standard Rate for the service of a BPOVIA professional Virtual Assistant is $10 per hour.

1. Rate:
The Standard Rate for the service of a BPOVIA professional Virtual Assistant is $10 per hour.
The hourly rate for our full time plan is less than $6.

2. 100% Availability:
For our full time plan, your virtual assistant will work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week for you, like a full time employee. This means your virtual assistant will always be available when you need it.
For the Pay-As-You-Go plan, the virtual assistant may serve multiple clients at the same time, performing tasks on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guaranty 100% availability for the Pay-As-You-Go plan.

3. Rollover time:
There is no rollover time in the Full Time or PAY-AS-YOU-GO Plans.  Only used service hours in our Part Time Monthly Plan can rollover to the next month. Please click here for the details regarding our rollover policy.

At BPOVIA, we understand each client is unique and has different needs for their business. You can upgrade/downgrade  your service plan at any time with only 24 hours prior notice.

• Easy Signup Process

GetFriday requires potential clients to download, print, fill in and sign the membership form and then fax the form back. You need to disclose your date of birth, credit card number and other sensitive information in their form.

The signup process of BPOVIA is easy and smooth. You can finish the whole process online for only 2 minutes. During the process, you don’t need to disclose your credit card number, your DOB or other sensitive information.

• Payment

GetFriday does not accept payment online. You have to disclose your credit card information on their Membership Form.

BPOVIA accepts online VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card payment as well as paypal, wire transfer and western union.

• Cancellation of Service
  

GetFriday requires 30 days notice to cancel or adjust service.

BPOVIA only needs 24 hours notice.

• Refund Policy

GetFriday: “No refunds on monthly membership fee will be possible for cancellation requests”

BPOVIA: We will refund your unused time if you are not happy with our service.
