1 The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China has received an ODA Loan from Japan Bank for International Cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the JBIC) in the amount of 7,507 million Japanese yen toward the cost of Jiangxi Province Afforestation Project and intends to apply the proceeds of the loan to part payments under the contracts for which this invitation for Bids is issued.
