The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Liaoning Environmental Improvement Project, of which Benxi Huaxing Central Heating Supply is a subcomponent and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Bids is issued.

2. Shenyang Tendering Center (STC), the Procurement Agency authorized by Benxi Huaxing Heating Company, invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of the following Goods:

3. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.
