Can I use the purchased hours for all the services listed in your service page? Same rate? For some services like website design, programming, those services are more suitable for project based.

If I could not use up the hours I’ve bought, what is your rollover policy? If you are on our Part-Time Monthly Plan: Your un-used hours can roll over to next calendar month once. For example, if you have unused hours in August, you can roll over the unused hours to September, but the unused hours can not roll over twice to October.For Pay-As-You-Go Plan, your used service hours will expire after 30 days of purchase.
What kinds of payment method do we accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card through PayPal. We also accept wire transfer and Western Union.If you are in United States, We can also accept money order, cashier check, company check and personal check.
What is your refund policy? Refunds cannot be issued for Pay-As-You-Go plan users or Full Time Monthly Plan subscribers. For our Part Time Monthly Plan subscribers, a prorated refund will be calculated on an hourly basis.   |
