Senior Flash Designer

BPOVIA is seeking a Senior Flash Designer to join our team! Design sensibility must be strong enough for the direction our team is going in.

Responsibility

Responsible for generating new design solutions from concept to execution, brainstorming with Design peers, updating and maintaining existing site, and coordinating with project managers and developers to deliver high quality work on time.

Requirements

• Develop unique design solutions, independently and as part of a team.
• Apply a consistent visual language and user experience.
• Envision processes and understand information architecture.
• Continue to elevate the design aesthetic while working within a style guide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web and multimedia design experience (both visual and user interface).
• Superior design skills are critical.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication, critical attention to detail, and organizational and problem solving skills are a must
• Knowledge of Flash animation and scripting is preferred
