“What should I do after signing up? Will you guys contact me?”
Our customer support team will try to contact you within the next 5 business hours after your registration, we aim to help you select appropriate package for your projects/tasks, or if you are very clear about which package to choose and have already gone through the payment phase, then you can post tickets on your Project Management System and we will assign qualified virtual assistant to you.

“What is your rollover policy?”
Your remaining hours can rollover to next month as long as you don't cancel your subscription, In the event of cancellation, your rollover time, if any, is lost indefinitely. Rollover time is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.

“Why should there be a monthly subscription?”
Time is a perishable commodity. Every hour of the work day was inventory that we couldn't get back once it passed. In order to keep our pricing competitive, we need monthly subscription to manage our resources efficiently. Anyway, there will be a renewal reminder to inform you before charged.
